Gong Bath and Buddhist Sutra
Please join Omnisutra at the Open Space to be immersed in Sanskrit song and the healing frequencies of sacred Gongs.
This sutra, called the Shurangama Mantra, an esoteric Buddhist sutra, is believed to have been given by the Buddha himself to his disciple Maitreya. It is an invocation of all the benevolent buddhas and bodhisattvas, and a dispelling of all negative entities. It contains many of the original premises that went on to create Buddhist philosophy, practice and culture.
