Due to the nature of the products I sell, I do not offer returns once a purchase has been made.
If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact me.
By proceeding with an order, you accept the terms & conditions.

Sound Healing sessions are non-refundable.

Physical Items:
As returns are not accepted , refunds are not applicable.

I understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, kindly provide at least 24hrs notice so I can provide that time to another client. Thank you for your understanding.
